Gerald "Jerry" M. Fatula, 57, of Blaine, OH died September 18th, 2018 at his home.  He was born September 23, 1960, a son of the late Robert and Bessie (Manukin) Fatula.  Jerry was a retired welder for Taflan Steel.   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Cheriee Fatula in 1997, and sister, Barbara Jackson.  He is survived by his brother, Robert (Judy) Fatula of St. Clairsville, and sister, Mary Ann Tyrell of Blaine, OH.   Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.   Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport, OH.  To offer online condolences please visit wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
