Gladys (Smith) Lott, 95, of S. Third St., Martins Ferry, OH, died Wed., Apr. 6, 2005 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Oct. 22, 1909 in England a daughter of the late Richard and Eliza A. (Mandley) Smith. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Alfred Shenton, Okey Smith, and Samuel Lott, three brothers Arch, Fred, and Richard Smith, two sisters Elizabeth Mader and Annie Wildblood, a granddaughter Sharon M. Holmes and a grandson Gary W. Shenton. Surviving are a son Dick (Barbara) Shenton of Sterling, VA, two daughters Barbara (Norman) Norris of Colerain and Muriel (Jim) Holmes of Martins Ferry, nine grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. Friends are invited to a memorial service Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Barry Cotter officiating at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 611 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
