Gladys Medley, 84, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on June 5, 2022 at her home.  She was born on August 9, 1937 to the late John and Doris (Majors) Groves.

She was a dedicated nursing assistant and retired from the Oakview Nursing Home.  Gladys loved spending time with her grandkids.  She also enjoyed playing cards with friends and doing crossword puzzles.  Her favorite television programs were QVC and gameshows.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Medley; a grandson, Jason Medley; a daughter-in-law, Stephanie Medley; and siblings, Marie and John Groves.

She is survived by her three children, Ed Medley, Brian (Jill) Medley, and Marla (Gary) Schmidt; grandchildren, Christopher (Shelly) Medley, Desiree Medley, Cori Medley, Erin (Colton) Stock, Charles Schmidt, Cole Schmidt; and one brother, Doyle Groves and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on June 16, 2022 at Holly Memorial Gardens at 11am.  Tim Snyder of Bethesda Christian Church will be officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, will be assisting the family.
