Gladys (Strain) Paulina, 89, of St. Clairsville, OH, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Nov. 18, 1921 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Samuel B. and Luetta (Morrow) Strain. She retired from Johnson & Johnson of Milltown, NJ. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John M. Paulina, four brothers Howard S., John C., Albert M., and Robert Strain, Sr. and a sister Martha L. Strain. Surviving are her sister Dorothy Rochus of Martins Ferry, OH, a special friend Erin (Bill) Koller of Parlin, NJ, and several nieces and nephews. Private services were held at the convenience of the family with Rev. David Stammerjohn officiating. Burial followed at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine, OH.
