Gladys M. (Wohnhas) Stalder, 88 of N. Third St., Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., July 7, 2004 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire, OH. She was born Feb. 26, 1916 in Monroe County a daughter of the late John and Nettie Baker Wohnhas. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Homer F. Stalder, three brothers Harry, Bernard and Albert Wohnhas, and three sisters Edna Tomi, Jocelyn Eden and Almeda Bayes. Surviving are two daughters Glenda (Jeff) Fedak and Freda Green both of St. Clairsville, OH, four grandchildren Lisa Hoffman of Columbus, Lori Thacker of Zanesville, Jeff Fedak, Jr. of S. Carolina and Sara Fedak of St. Clairsville and five great grandchildren. Friends will be received Fri 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat., July 10, 2004 at 10:00 AM with Minister Rod Kasler officiating. Entombment follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
