Glenn E. Richards Glenn E. Richards, 68, of S. Fifth St., Martins Ferry, OH died Thurs., Feb. 21, 2002 at home. He was born May 3, 1933 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Ernest P. and Helen M. (Cherbuliez) Richards. He was retired from the Yorkville plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Florence J. (Douglas) Richards. Surviving are two daughters Helen Leslie Grimms and her husband Rick of Deer Park, TX and Connie Slotwinski of Wheeling, WV and four grandchildren Richard Grimms, Jade Grimms, Amy McKaye and Luke McKaye Friends will be received Sat. 7-9 PM and Sun. 12-3 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon. at 11:00 AM with the Pastor Roland Boggs officiating. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV with full military graveside honors by the Belmont Co. Council of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
