Obituary

Goldie I. Long, 95, of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, December 1, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. She was born Feb. 18, 1921 in Rush Run, OH a daughter of the late Benjamin and Bertha Mae (Clark) Brown.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Lester P. "Fritz" Long, a brother and three sisters.
Surviving are her children, Margaret (Sean) Gleaves and William Alltop all of Martins Ferry and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday, December 5, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Weeks Cemetery, Bridgeport, OH with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating.
