Together Again.Goldie A. "Mum" Reidy Parissi 92, of Mingo Junction went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 2, 2011 at the Laurels of Steubenville. She was born April 25 1919 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha M. Holstein Reidy. She is a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mingo Junction, a former member of CWC, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking and baking, and crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband Anthony Parissi Sr. on May 12, 2011. They were married by Father Sullivan on February 26, 1938. Also a son Anthony Parissi Jr. on July 23, 2010, a sister Julia Anderson and a brother Robert E. Reidy. She was a caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are her son, Robert Parissi of Florida, a daughter Anna Marie Stoddart of Mingo Junction. Seven grand children, Eighteen great grand children, and one great great grandchild.Friends will be received at the Blaschalk Wilson Funeral Home 115 Union Ave. Mingo Junction, on Monday June 6, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 where service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am with Rev. James M. Dunfee. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Steubenville.
