Grace Carcione Grace Carpenter Carcione, 82, of West 36th St., Shadyside, OH died Sat. Apr. 20, 2002 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born June. 18, 1919 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Frank and Florence MacFarland Carpenter. She was a retired employee of Kroger Food. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Frank Carpenter, two sisters Florence Bledsoe and Margaret Bonsignore. Surviving are a son Samuel Carcione, Jr. and his wife Linda of Palm Coast, FL, a daughter Cassandra Spigarelli and her husband Angelo of Bellaire, three grandsons James Spigarelli and his wife Shannon of St. Clairsville, Mark Spigarelli of Bellaire and Paul Spigarelli of Shadyside, a granddaughter Lara Klick and her husband Eric of Annapolis, MD and a great granddaughter Bria Luv Spigarelli of St. Clairsville.
