GRACE CHAMBERS, 84, of Evans Georgia, formerly of Lansing, Ohio, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 at her home. She was born November 16, 1923 in Maynard, Ohio the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Vanta) Lenard. Grace was a member of the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert "Zip" Chambers; two sisters Helen Oshenska and Emma Lenard; and a brother Joseph Lenard. Grace is survived by a son David and his wife Becky of Centerville, (Dayton) Oh; a daughter Carma Oblak and her husband Greg of Evans, Ga; and four grandchildren, Brad and Lindsay Chambers of Centerville, (Dayton) Oh. and Todd and Lauren Oblak of Evans, Ga. Visitation will be Friday, 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, where services will be held on Saturday at 10:00am with Rev. Phillip Van Dam officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
