BILLINGSLEY, Harold "Babe" S., 61, of Yorkville, Ohio, passed Sunday June 9, 2013 at home. He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on January 3, 1952, a son of the late Clarence E. Billingsley Sr. and Edith Porco Billingsley. Harold was a Truck Driver, attended Rush Run Chapel, and was a U.S. Army Veteran serving two tours in Vietnam. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Theresa Sumner Billingsley, sons: Steven (Jamie) Billingsley of Richmond, Ohio, and Harold Steven II (Brenda) of Arnoldsburg, WV; a daughter Theresa Ellen (Robert) Given of Newton, WV; a sister Sharon (Larry) Kropka of Rayland; brothers: Clarence Billingsley Jr. of Tiltonsville and Randy (Betsy) Billingsley of Rayland; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews and spoof his cat. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville, Ohio, where services will be held Thursday June 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James Monogioudis officiating.
