Harold Edward Kuckuck, 87, of Martins Ferry, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in his residence.  He was born in Martins Ferry on May 17, 1933 a son of the late Earl and Katherine (Kolb) Kuckuck.  Harold served his country in the U.S. Air Force and attended the Martins Ferry 1st Christian Church.  He was a charter bus driver for the Lake Shore Bus Lines, was a mail carrier for the Martins Ferry Post Office for 18 years, he also served as Officer in Charge at both the Colerain and Rayland Post Offices and was Postmaster with the Smithfield Post Office for 14 years, after he retired from the Postal Service, he was a school bus driver for Martins Ferry City Schools for 15 years.  Harold was a member of Belmont Jefferson Beagle Club where his passion was competing with Beagles in field trial events.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Josetta (Heaton) Kuckuck; 3 children, Katherine (David) Ranhart, Kenneth Kuckuck and Dave (Denise) Kuckuck and a grandson, Scott Kuckuck.

Friends may call Friday from 10-11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 am with Pastor Rod Kasler officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
