Harold M. Mills Harold M. "Skip" Mills, 73, of Indiana St., Martins Ferry, OH died Sat., July 27, 2002 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born Apr. 22, 1929 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Paul and Mary Eisenhower Mills. He was a retired employee of the former Picoma Industries, Martins Ferry. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a member of VFW Post #3613, American Legion Post #38, Redman Club and Eagles Aerie #456 all of Martins Ferry. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth (Betty) Manning Mills, a son Matthew Mills and his wife Cyndi of Columbus, a daughter Marsha Norris and her husband Duane of Warnock, OH, a sister Lila Sweeny of Xenia, OH, four grandchildren and one great grandchild Private funeral and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
