Harriet L. (Stephens) Davis, 97, of Seabrights Ln., Martins Ferry, OH, died Feb. 23, 2005 at Bell Nursing Home, Morristown, OH. She was born Aug. 22, 1907 in McMechen, WV a daughter of the late Blaine and Cora (Fox) Stephens. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wayne V. Davis, Sr., a sister Kathryn Summers and a granddaughter Kelley Davis. Surviving are a son Victor W. Davis and his wife Helen of Martins Ferry, five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Friends will be received Fri. 2-6 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat, Feb. 26, 2005 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Van Fisher officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
