Harry F. Elias, 80, formerly of Monroe St., Martins Ferry, OH died Mon., Jan. 5, 2004 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born June 8, 1923 in Moundsville, WV a son of the late Harry C. and Mary (Cook) Elias. He was retired from the former Beans Foundry of Martins Ferry, a Lutheran, and a veteran of the U. S. Army Military Police of WW II and the Korean War. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Jane (King) Donley Elias, and two sisters Velda M. Erick and Mary E. Tuskey. Surviving are two sons Dayle E.(Betty) Donley of Shallotte, NC and Jerry W. (Becky) Donley of Belpre, OH, three daughters Dolores Stout and Gayle (Robert) Shostack both of Parkersburg, WV, and Linda Watson of Bellaire, fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren. Friends will be received Wed. 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thurs., Jan. 8, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial follows in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
