Harry E. Richard Harry E. Richard, 87, formerly of Broadway St., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., Sept. 27, 2002 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. He was born May 17, 1915 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Harry "Jack" and Anna Donley Richard. He was retired from the former Valley Machine of Martins Ferry and worked for Hazel-Atlas Glass for 25 years. Harry was a member of Eagles Aerie #456 of Martins Ferry. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Hazel E. Ripley Richard and a brother John Richard. Surviving are two daughters Jacqueline Winland and her husband James of Brilliant and Kay Gray and her husband Ronald of Oak Park, IL, seven grandchildren Christie, James, and Jeffery Winland, Lori A. Shores Scott, Sherrie Shores Lyons, Scott Gray, and Kyra Gray Bottini, and thirteen great grand children. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH, Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, 11 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM when Rev. Dr. Bill N. Lawrence will officiate. Burial follows in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
