Roth, Hazel Marie 93, of Bridgeport died Tuesday April 23, 2013. She was born January 23, 1920 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Robert and Dorthea (Rinerich) Fowler. She was a retired employee of the Kroger Company Bridgeport, St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, the CWC of the Church, and a former member of Bridgeport Village Council. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William "Bill" Roth, a brother Robert Fowler, sisters Alma Kolb, Irene Reese, and Leota DeMuth. Hazel is survived by a son Mark (Rita) Roth, and Nanette (Edward) Porter both of Bridgeport, four grandchildren Aaron Roth, Windham (Matthew) Holtsclaw, Morgan Roth and her fiancée Matthew McCauley, and Aislynn Porter, and her beloved Chloe . Friends are invited to a celebration of Hazel's life on Friday April 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside. Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Saturday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst with Fr. John Mucha officiating. Interment in St. Anthony's Cemetery Blaine. Wake services will be recited on Friday at 2 pm at the funeral home.
