Obituary

Hazel Marie (Moore) Wyatt, 68, of Martins Ferry died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at home. She was born September 1, 1950 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Samuel C. and Blanche Mae (Thomas) Moore.
Hazel was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings; Mary Louise Kurko, Richard Moore, George E. Moore, Samuel L. Moore, Jr., Robert L. Moore, Frances Schuler, May Stan, Shirley Barr, and Ralph Moore.
Surviving are her children; Kenny Rutan, Raymond, III (Kim) Rutan, Tina Rutan and Wendy Wyatt all of Martins Ferry, a sister Janie Maynard of Springfield, OH, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Private services will be held by the family.
