DELMAN, Helen L. Schaal, 76, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Saturday August 16, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born in Martins Ferry on February 23, 1932, a daughter of the late Henry and Matilda Erbe Schaal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers: Ed, Art, Fred and Bill Schaal. Helen is survived by her husband, Robert W. Delman; two daughters: Jean Watson and her husband Arden, and Janet Alexander and her husband Bill, all of Bridgeport; two sons: David Delman and his wife Nancy of Bellaire, and Jerry Delman of Bridgeport; four brothers: Don Schaal (Ethel) of Rayland, Ohio, Ralph Schaal (Catherine) of St. Clairsville, Gene Schaal of St. Clairsville, and Jim Schaal (Virginia) of Cleveland, Ohio; a sister: Caroline Rehm of Ohio; grandchildren: Derek Leach, Courtney Burges, Ryan Leach, Chase, Justene, Zachary, and Blake Delman, Cory and Jacob Alexander. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Bridgeport, Ohio and also Tuesday August 19, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bridgeport, with the Rev.
