Helen M. (Dull) Bennington, 88, of West Monroe, LA formerly of Wayne L. Hays Tower, Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., Jul 9, 2004 at Ridge Crest Nursing Home, West Monroe, LA. She was born June 11, 1916 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Stephen Dull and Rose Botz Dull Murany. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Women's Civic Club and the former Hungarian Cultural Society all of Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Bennington, two brothers Stephen Dull and Ernest Murany and a sister Margaret Dull Miller. Surviving are a son Bruce W. Bennington and his wife Kay Ann of Bradenton, FL, two daughters Judith McFarland and her husband Howard of St. Clairsville and Joanne McFarland and her husband Walter of W. Monroe, LA, eighteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sun. 5-8 PM and Mon. 9:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH with Pastor Calvin Sigmon officiating.
