GATCHEL, Helen Morse 91, of Smithfield Street, Dillonvale, Ohio, died Sunday, November 23, 2008, at home.She was born September 22, 1917, in Weedville, Pa., a daughter of the late Charles and Laura Gardner Morse.Helen was a retired employee of Bobbi Brooks for many years; a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 414, and a member of Dillonvale United Methodist Church.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Gatchel, October 17, 1985; and two sons, Richard Gatchel, 1987 and Larry Gatchel, 2006. Helen is survived by a brother, Jack (Lee) Morse of Dillonvale; a grandson, Rich Gatchel, with whom she resided; a granddaughter, Lorie (Greg) Burwell of Martins Ferry; daughter, Sue (Randy) Bohall of Dillonvale; two great-grand children. Kolby and Baeleigh Burwell.Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio, where services will be held Wednesday November 26, 2008, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dan Nelson, officiating.
