Helen A. Skatula 91 of St. Clairsville formerly of Bridgeport, passed away Sunday October 3, 2021, at Cumberland Point Care Center St. Clairsville. She was born September 27, 1930, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late William S. and Genevieve (Danehart) Kirkpatrick.

She was a retired Dietary Supervisor for the former OVMC Wheeling, and a member of the Lansing Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Skatula in 1979, her brothers James E., William D., and John Kirkpatrick, her sisters Sarah Bitzer, and Tessie Elliott, also a granddaughter Melissa Yuro.

Helen is survived by her children James A. (Judy) Hindman of Bellaire, Donald (Marleen) Hindman of St. Clairsville, and June L. Hill of Springtown, TX, a sister Theresa Offi of Newport Richey, FL, 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Friend will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Wednesday October 6, 2021, from 10 am till time of service at 12 noon, with Rev James Hoff officiating, interment at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
