Helen Pietro, 99, of Dillonvale, passed away May 17, 2020 at Sienna Hills Nursing Home.

She was born February 6, 1921, in Herrick, OH, a daughter of the late Alex and Susie (Toth) Poch.

She was a member of the Dillonvale Presbyterian Church, Dillonvale Senior Center, Dillonvale Nutrition Center, the AARP, and was a former member of the Hungarian Church in Barton.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Octavious Pietro; daughter, Sandy Lee Pietro; brothers, John, Julius, Bill, Alex, Steve, Frank, and Joseph Poch; sister, Julianna Poch.

Helen is survived by her sons, David (Rose) Pietro, Joseph (Terri) Pietro both of Dillonvale; grandchildren, Melissa Pietro, David (Ashley) Pietro, Tim (Becca) Pietro, Mike Pietro; great-granddaughter, Cadyia Pugh.

A private graveside service will be held at Upland Cemetery, Yorkville.
