Helen Y. Bowman 84, of Bridgeport, passed away Saturday November 28, 2020 at Good Shephard Nursing Facility Wheeling. She was born July 25, 1936 in E. Liverpool, a daughter of the late Franklin J. and Jessie (Smith) Potts. Helen was a housewife and a Methodist by Faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert F. Bowman. Helen is survived by her son Franklin "Cliff" (Christine) Sligar of Bridgeport.
