Helen L. Rarick, 96 of Barnesville, Ohio and formerly of Zanesville, Ohio, died Monday, February 23, 2015 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab. She was born October 31, 1918 in Morristown, Ohio, daughter of the late William Walker and Eva Bursons Walker. She was a long standing member of Coburn Methodist Church of Zanesville and a member of Barnesville East Main Street Methodist Church. She enjoyed the world's most popular sport of bowling and was a beautiful quilter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Rarick; sister, Ruth Shepherd; and brothers, Wayne and Paul Walker. Helen is survived by her son, Craig (Judy) Rarick of Little River, South Carolina; grandchildren, Zachary and Mitchell; great-grandson, Devin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be welcome to visit, Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of service, beginning at noon, Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home & Crematory, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Pastor Richard Cox officiating. Interment will take place at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville, Ohio.
