Helen A. (Bishop) Sall, 91, of Bethesda, Ohio and most recently of Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab in Barnesville, Ohio, died Friday, January 6, 2017. Born April 23, 1925 in Neffs, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. Bishop and Myrtle Neiswanger Bishop.
A member of Bannock Methodist Church, Helen was a very devoted lifeline to her family and her love for them was like nothing else in the world. She was an avid crossword puzzle fan, enjoyed baking, and playing solitaire.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter "Frog" Sall; daughter, Connie Sall; brothers, Raymond and Chet Bishop; and sisters, Verna Drzinski, Mildred Mazzulli, Ann Withrow.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Sandra Wilson of Belmont. Ohio, Joyce Steele of Barnesville, Ohio, Judith Darrah of Bethesda, Ohio; son, Walter Sall of Cocoa Beach, Florida; ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Judy (Rudy) Boich of Barnesville, Ohio.
Family and friends are welcome to visit, Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service, beginning at 1 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. Rick Lallathin officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
