Helen L. Starr, 95, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Monday, August 1, 2011 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born Oct. 21, 1915 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Walter C. Acton and Ida L. Sellers Acton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Budd" Starr; and daughter, Jean Starr. She is survived by son, Jason (Chancey) Starr of Barnesville, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Jordan, Jeris, and Jasmine. Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
