PIERGALLINI, Henry, of 89, of Harrisville, Ohio, died Thursday December 18, 2008 at Carriage Inn, Steubenville, Ohio. Henry was born in Piney Fork, Ohio, on March 8, 1919, a son of the late Antonio "Tony" and Bertha Danjou Piergallini. Henry was a graduate of Smithfield High School; a U.S. Army Air Corp. Veteran of WWII; a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church where he served as past Elder; a member of Osiris Shrine and a member of the Clown Unit where he served as past president; Commander of Hope Commandry; a past master of Masonic Lodge #438 of Bellaire; Scottish Rite; and a 50 year member of the Harrisville Fire Department. Henry was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. where he served at a millwright. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter Jane Ann Piergallini; three brothers: Adam, and Rolland Piergallini and Scotty Muffi; two sisters: Maxine Sabo and Alice Mendelson. Henry is survived by his wife of 66 years, Juanita Brammer Piergallini; a daughter Jean Steible of Adena; a son Barry Piergallini and his wife Cindy of Dillonvale; a sister Gloria Moore of Caldwell, Ohio; four grandchildren: Leo Steible of Adena, Jane Steible of Gahanna, Ohio, Angela (Eugene) Hall of Columbus, Ohio, Jeremy (Courtney) Piergallini of Shadyside; three great-grandchildren: Hannah Rogers of Columbus, Aaron and Nicholas Piergallini of Shadyside; numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio, where Masonic services will be held. Visitation will continue Monday December 22, 2008 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, Harrisville, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Barry Hall, officiating.
