Herbert P. Starr Jr., 68, of Bridgeport, died Saturday May 27, 2017 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home in Bridgeport. He was born Septtember 12, 1948 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Herbert P. Starr Sr. and Anna (Gillam) Starr. He was a retired employee of Lamar Advertising, Wheeling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother David Starr. Herb is survived by his wife, Bonnie (DeLeau) Starr, daughter ,Melissa Applegarth of Bridgeport, brother, William Starr of FL, three grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
