Herman M. "Mickey" Kaiser, 77, of Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born May 16, 1935 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Herman W. and Lois E. (Greer) Kaiser. He was retired from the Martins Ferry Plant of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Co. Mickey was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and American Legion Post #38 both of Martins Ferry and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Surviving are his wife, Frances C. (Torre) Kaiser, his son Michael J. (Debbie) Kaiser and grandson Scott M. Kaiser all of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received Tues. 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH. Rosary devotions will be recited Tuesday at 3 pm followed by Wake services at 7:30 pm both in the funeral home.
