Herman Pfrogner 97, of Bridgeport, died Thursday October 31, 2013 at his home. He was born October 27, 1917 in Blaine, Ohio, a son of the late Adolf and Ann (Dvorak) Pfrogner. He was a retired employee from the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, and a Methodist by faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Anna Tinklepaugh, and Mary Pfrogner, and a nephew Ernest Maizlik Sr. Herman is survived by a nephew James Maizlik, three great nephews James Maizlik, David (Angie) Maizlik, and Ernest Maizlik Jr. a great-great niece Britney Maizlik, and one great-great-great niece, and one great-great-great nephew, a dear friend Dolores Fisher, and her children Deborah (Kathryn) Bernish-Fisher of Columbus, and DeWayne (Toni) Fisher of Lewis Center Ohio, a granddaughter Kallee. According to Herman's wishes there will be no visitation and services private interment was held at the convenience of the family interment was in Linwood Cemetery Blaine.
