HILDA L. WORKMAN DUVALL
Hilda L. Workman Duvall, 92, formerly of Morristown, Ohio and most recently a resident of the Walton Home in Barnesville, Ohio, died Thursday, December 15, 2016. Born May 31, 1924 in Bannock, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thoburn E. Workman and Ida Maude O'Neil Workman.
A member of the First Christian Church of Barnesville, Hilda had a wholehearted love of family. She enjoyed reading, music, and a good cup of Red Rose Decaf Tea. She was retired from Barnesville Medical Center where she had worked as a medical clerk.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. "Tubby" Duvall; son, baby Kevin; brothers, Clarence and Harley Workman.
Hilda is survived by her daughter, Lana L. (Michael) Phillips of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, Ronald W. (Robin) Duvall of Bethesda, Ohio, Thomas A. Duvall of Jerusalem, Ohio; grandchildren, Tom Duvall, Amy Carvin, Kasey (Chad) Wharton, Kevin (Starr) Duvall, Adam (Renee) Duvall, Holly (Mike) Carpenter; ten great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Leonard Duvall; sister-in-law, Shirley Duvall Salimbene; niece and nephew, April Kinser and Tom Workman.
Family and friends will be welcome to visit, Sunday from 2-6 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service, beginning at 11 a.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio. Pastor Ed Eberhart will be officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Morristown, Ohio.
