Homer Eugene Hoop, 62, of Freeport, Ohio died July 31, 2013 at his home. He was born January 30, 1951 in Cambridge, Ohio, son of the late Earl A. Hoop and Pansie R. Watkins Hoop. Homer had worked as a mason. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Hoop. Homer is survived by his wife, Vickie Hoop of Freeport, Ohio; daughter, Michelle Bumgardner of Freeport, Ohio; sons, Earl Hoop and Bruce Luyscer both of Tennessee, Richard Hoop of Washington, John Luyscer of Barnesville, Ohio, Shawn Luyscer of Florida; sisters, Arlene Roby of Freeport, Ohio, Erleen Long of Barnesville, Ohio; brothers, Dan Hoop of Freeport, Ohio, Earl Hoop of Canton, Ohio; and eight grandchildren Homer's wish was for a service and interment to be private and at the convenience of his family.
