Blazy, Ida Bell "Babe" (Pyatt), 78, of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, passed Tuesday April 3, 2012 at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Carbondale, W.Va., on January 20, 1934, a daughter of the late William Jackson and Evelyn Marie Asbury Pyatt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father Harry Kelly; her husband James Robert Blazy, and a brother Ernie Pyatt. Ida is survived by two daughters: Joni (Kenneth) Baker, and Teresa (James) Kovalski; a son Jim Blazy, all of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren: Stacey and Jessica Baker, Jimmy and Derek Kovalski, James Blazy III. Friends will be received Thursday from 4-8 p.m at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio, where services will be held Friday April 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Msgr. John C.
