Ila M. Kuthy, 76, of Bethesda, Ohio was welcomed into her eternal home on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. Born April 22, 1940, in Bethesda, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Milian N. Pastva and Helen M. Bennett Pastva.
Very devoted to her Lord, she was the heart of the family, as they were her greatest blessing. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, dancing, and Jimmy Swaggart music.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Girts and brothers-in-law, Russell Girts, Don Neal, and John Moore.
Ila is survived and will be greatly missed by her husband of 56 ½ years, Gerald "Jerry" Kuthy of Bethesda, Ohio; daughter, Jada (Robert) Delloma of Dayton, Ohio; sons, David A. Kuthy of Bethesda, Ohio, Gerald R. (Paula) Kuthy, Jr. of Kimbolton, Ohio; grandchildren, Nicholas C. and Jesse R. Kuthy, Zackery R.E. (Renee) Delloma, Brendon M. and Dustin G.R. Delloma; sisters, Lowella (Carl) Cornell and Penny Neal all of Florida, and Barbara Jean Moore of Newcomerstown, Ohio; and special friend, Mary Devine.
Family and friends are welcome to visit, Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where the service for Ila will be conducted, Monday at 11 a.m. Dr. Brian Bee officiating. Interment will follow at Bethesda United Methodist Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
