Immaculeta "Mac" Dorothy Tennyson 90, of North fourth St. Martins Ferry, formally of Bridgeport, died Sunday March 27, 2011 in East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born December 8, 1920 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Tobin Tennyson. She was a retired Histologist for Wheeling Hospital, a member of St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church Bridgeport, a graduate of Bridgeport High School Class of 1938. Mac was a avid painter, and was always with her two friends, cordially known as the three amigos; she also belonged to the Catholic Daughters of America Court 1414, In addition to her parents Mac was preceded in death by two brothers Charles and James Tennyson, and a sister Mary Fischer. She is survived by a nephew James (Helen) Tennyson of Columbus, and a niece Lois (Ron) Beck Columbia S.C. a Cousin Theresa McKinley of Bridgeport, plus several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. Members of the family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Thursday March 31, 2011 from 4-8 pm, where Mass of Christian Burial will be said Friday at 10 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Bridgeport, with Msg. George Coyne officiating. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Wheeling.
