Irmgard(Resch) Edgar, 87, of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Liza's Place, Valley Hospice South, Wheeling, WV. She was born July 8, 1927 in Kassel, Germany a daughter of the late Henrich and Anna (Dumminil) Resch. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Edgar. Surviving are her children; Mary (Jeff) McGarry of Raeford, NC Richard (Carrie) Edgar of W. Dennis, MA Julie I (Blaine) Cordery of Columbus, OH, Evelyn Parker of McLeansboro, IL and Shirley Hepburn of Martins Ferry, a sister Ingrid Barbosa of Richmond, VA and ten grandchildren Priviate services will be held at the convenience of the family.
