Ivan Ray Martin, 54, of Martins Ferry, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, in Country Club Retirement Center.  He was born on September 29, 1968, the son of Raymond and Shirley Martin and Brenda Hakr.  He was Christian by faith and loved his job as a truck driver.

Ivan is survived by his mother, Brenda Hakr; a daughter, Karena M. Martin; brothers, Edward Grubb, Brian Grubb, Kenny Grubb and Brice Martin; several nieces and nephews; and special nephews, Brian Martin and Steven Grubb.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Shirley Martin.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
