Jack Craver Jack "Red" Craver, 76, of Colerain, OH died Sun., March 16, 2003 at Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport. He was born Jan. 6, 1927 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Kenneth "Red" and Grace (Oliver) Craver. He was a retired independent auto appraiser. Red was a member of the Colerain Presbyterian Church and Alert Engine Co. of Martins Ferry Fire Department and was a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Kenneth D. Craver Sr., Jan. 28, 2003. Surviving are his wife of fifty-seven years Jessie Ellen Beavon Craver, a daughter Jackie Lee Marling and her husband, Raymond of Martins Ferry, a daughter-in-law, Brenda Craver, five grandchildren Kenneth Craver, Jr., Carolee Kinder, Robert Becker, III, Heather Becker and Jack Becker and seven great grandchildren. Friends will be received Tue. 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wed., March 19, 2003 at 1:00 PM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH with full military graveside services by the Belmont Co. Council of the V.F.W.
