Jacqueline Patricia “Pat” Lee Lekanidis, age 92, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. While our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with those who have gone before her and resting in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Pat was born on August 6, 1934, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, to the late Paul and Hattie Porter. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by: her beloved husband, August “Gus” Lekanidis; her daughter, Ruth Nolan; her grandson, Evan Myers; her sister, Ruth Hill Langer; and her brothers, Paul R. “Dick” Porter, Charles “Buck” Porter, James “Jimbo” Porter, and Dave Porter.

She is survived by her loving children, Kathy (Paul) Myers, Johnny (Sally) Nolan, and Terry Lekanidis; her grandchildren, Paul (Anastasia) Myers, Shanna Nolan, Megan (Luke) Miller, Molly (Adam) Herman, and Ryan Nolan; her great-grandchildren, Graham Myers, Kenny “KJ” Torok, Samantha Nolan, Shane, Gabriel Nolan, Emmie Miller, Jolee Miller, and Sofia Herman; her brothers, Arthur “Bob” (Carol) Porter, John (Sue) Porter, and Ed Porter; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who were blessed to know and love her.

Pat was the heart of her family, always there with love, support, and encouragement. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan that loved family reunions, making her famous buckwheat pancakes and sharing stories that brought laughter. She also worked as a waitress for many years, forming lasting friendships with her customers.

Though we will miss her deeply, we are grateful for the lessons, memories, and love she leaves behind.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Saturday November 7, 2026, from 12 noon till time of service at 2pm, with Rev. Ryan Parsons officiating.

There will be a celebration of Pat’s life after the funeral at the St. Clairsville Eagles 50690 National Road St. Clairsville, Ohio
