James A. Baker, 61, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born September 2, 1957 in Sewickley, PA a son of the late William R. and Alice M. (Lyons) Baker.

James worked for McKeen Security.

Surviving are his daughter, Nicole Baker, siblings; Paul (Carol) Baker, Rose M. Baker, and Ramona Gaughn, a dear friend, Jewell Monroe, an aunt, Phyllis Pritt, an uncle, Sherman Lyons, several nieces and nephews, cousins; Jeff Richie, Becky Cornell, and Jessica DiDomenicus.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
