James C. Albert, 51, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, April 17, 2020 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, OH. He was born August 15, 1968 in Wheeling, WV a son of Sandra K. (Neavin) Albert of Martins Ferry and the late William D. Albert.

Jim worked part time for the City of Martins Ferry and Grace Presbyterian Church. He was a graduate of West Liberty University and a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by twin brothers, Bill and Bruce Albert.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Anita L. (Seals) Albert and siblings: Bill Albert of Martins Ferry, Dawn (Rich) Hadzima of Bridgeport, OH, Penny (Jeff) Assif of Morgantown, WV and Nina (Sonny) Gartrell of Richmond, VA and several nieces and nephews.

A private Memorial Service will be held at Grace Presbyterian Church with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
