James A. Bragg, Sr., 73, of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born April 18, 1938 in Holloway, OH a son of the late Theodore "Ted" and Mary Ethel (Wayble) Bragg. He was retired from Tri-State Machine of Wheeling, WV and was a lifetime member of both the National Rifle Association and Ohio Gun Collectors. He was Methodist by faith. Surviving are his wife Bonnie (Bartley) Bragg, his daughter Kimalea "Kim" (Darick) West of Moundsville, WV, a son Jim Bragg, Jr. of Columbia, SC, two brothers John Bragg of Coshocton, OH, and Raymond (Dee) Bragg of Piedmont, OH, two sisters Marilyn (Joe) Pelkey of Bethlehem, WV and Anita (Dwight) Fouts of New Philadelphia, OH, 9 grandchildren, a great grandson and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Monday, Jan 9, 2012 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Thomas N.
