James Donald Cutlip, (Donnie) 62 of Wheeling passed away peacefully at his home.  He was born on January 19, 1960, the son of the late Dale Koski and Valerie Y. (Cutlip) Kreusch in Glen Dale, WV.

He proudly served his country and was retired from the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life his fiancé Helen Steed.

Left to cherish his memory are his stepson Charles (Helen) Beckett, two step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandsons complete the family.
