James Albert Gretz, 83, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Wednesday July 7, 2010 at home. He was born February 26, 1927, the son of the late Isadore J. and Beatrice (Yusavage) Gretz. He was retired from the WV Department of Highways. In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Josephine Yusavage, a brother Jerry L. Gretz, a brother-in-law James Matthews, two sisters-in-law: Sheila Gretz and Dorothy Gritz. Alber is survived by two brothers: Edward (Cecelia) Gritz of Wheeling and George Gretz of Rockville, MD; three sisters: Mildred Matthews of Wheeling, Rosemary Rockwell of Sun City, AZ., and Connie smith of Milford, DE., and several nieces and nephews.
