James A. "Jamie" Stewart Jr. 62, of Martins Ferry formerly of Bridgeport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday August 24, 2019 at his home. He was born October 16, 1955 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late James Sr. and Mary (Green) Stewart.

He was a retired employee of the former Cleveite Corporation Lansing and a member of Mt. Zion Church Bridgeport. Jamie biggest passion was God and playing the drums.

He is survived by a brother Ernest "Dukie" Stewart of Martins Ferry, and a boat load of friends.

According to Jamie's wishes there will be no public visitation and private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
