James W. Key, 53, of Martins Ferry, OH formerly of Wheeling, WV died Tue., Jan. 17, 2006 at home. He was born July 5, 1952 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Chester and Edith (Garrison) Key. Surviving are two daughters Jessica Dougherty of Bellaire, OH and Rhonda Key of Wheeling, WV, two brothers Robert Key of Adena, OH and Joseph Key of Wheeling, and two sisters Tina Key of MN and Linda Render of Valley Grove, WV.
