James E. Kinney, 64, of St. Clairsville died July 26, 2017, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born, January 6, 1953, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Leon E. and Helen Thoburn Kinney. He was retired from Kroger, was a photographer, and a Catholic by faith. James is survived by his wife, Robin; children, James (Sheryl) Kinney Jr., of OK, Joshua Kinney of St. Clairsville; siblings, Jane (Jerry) Parsons, Janice (Rick) Frye, Judi (Richard Sr.) Conaway, Leon (Helen) Kinney Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday, July 30th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH 43192. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
