James C. Kinnison, 71, of Piedmont, formerly of Bridgeport, died December 13, 2018 at OVMC Wheeling.  He was born January 10, 1947, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late George and Elizabeth (Caruth) Kinnison.  James was a retired electrician for IBEW Local #141 in Wheeling, in which he served as president at one time. He also served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of the Flushing American Legion, St. Clairsville V.F.W, and was a Christian by faith.  James loved fishing, adventure and people. He also had an amazing voice and loved to sing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Doug and Dave Kinnison.  James is survived by his children, James Kinnison and Kami Kinnison both of Bridgeport; his love Nancy Otto of Bridgeport; siblings, Roy Kinnison of Piedmont, OH, Becky (Mike) DeBlais of Bellaire, OH; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Monday, December 17 from 3 pm till 7pm, with time of service at 6:30 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, OH, with Reverend Danny Barritt officiating.  Private interment at the convenience of the family.  To offer online condolences please visit www.wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
