James A. Kreuger James A. Kreuger, 55, of Belmont Ave., Shadyside, OH, died Mon., Dec. 30, 2002 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire, OH. He was born Dec. 20, 1947 in Martins Ferry a son of Calvin J. Kreuger and the late Bernice Palcic Kreuger. He was a Loan Officer for the Belmont Savings Bank of Bellaire. Jim was Past Exalted Ruler of Martins Ferry Elks Lodge #895, a member of the Indian Club of Tiltonsville, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his step-mother Maxine G. Wells Kreuger. Surviving are his father of Martins Ferry, a daughter Kayla Kreuger of Moundsville, WV, a sister Roseanne Samuel and her husband James of Ft. Worth, TX, a step-sister Janet Lemasters and her husband Michael of Wheeling, three aunts Mary Ann Petrella, Dorothy Cooper, and Eileen Briggs all of Yorkville, and an uncle Charles Cooper of Pine Island, FL. Friends will be received Thurs. 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri., Jan. 3, 2003 at 1:00 PM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Entombment follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove with full military graveside honors by the Belmont Co. Council of the V.F.W.
